See poliitika kirjeldab, mida veebisait www.threesistershotel.ee sinu kohta kogub ja miks, ning kuidas broneerimine ja makse käivad. Kui soovid teada, milliseid andmeid töötleme majutuse käigus hotellis kohapeal — näiteks seadusega nõutav külastaja registreerimisleht — kirjuta reservations@threesistershotel.ee.
Küpsised ja sarnased tehnoloogiad
Sait ei kasuta klassikalisi küpsiseid enda funktsioonide jaoks. Selle asemel salvestab ta kaks väärtust sinu brauseri localStorage'isse, mis jäävad ainult sinu seadmesse ja meieni ei jõua:

Need kaks on hädavajalikud saidi töötamiseks ja seadistuse mäletamiseks ning nende jaoks nõusolekut ei küsita. Statistikaküpsiseid paigaldab Google Analytics alles siis, kui oled bänneris vajutanud Nõustun.
Google Analytics 4
Kasutame Google Analytics 4-t (mõõtmistunnus G-SGMWM9W9BP), et näha, kui palju inimesi saidil käib, milliseid keeleversioone loetakse ja kui paljud jõuavad broneerimiseni. Analüütika on vaikimisi välja lülitatud: sait kasutab Google Consent Mode v2 seadistust, kus mõõtmine on keelatud kuni sinu nõusolekuni.
Kui nõustud, kogutakse muu hulgas lühendatud IP-aadress, brauseri ja seadme tüüp, ligikaudne asukoht, külastatud jaotised ning sündmus book_now_click siis, kui vajutad broneerimisnuppu. Teenusepakkuja on Google Ireland Limited ja andmeid võib edastada väljapoole Euroopa Majanduspiirkonda Euroopa Komisjoni tüüptingimuste alusel. Säilitustähtaeg Google Analyticsis on 14 kuud.
Nõusoleku saad igal ajal tagasi võtta, kustutades brauseris selle saidi salvestatud andmed — seejärel küsib bänner uuesti.
Google Fonts
Saidi kirjatüübid laetakse hetkel Google'i serveritest (fonts.googleapis.com ja fonts.gstatic.com), mistõttu jõuab sinu IP-aadress Google'ini juba enne, kui bännerile vastad. [Kui fondid tõstetakse enda serverisse — auditi leid #26 — kustuta see lõik.]
Broneerimine
Broneerimisvorm saidil ainult kogub sinu valitud kuupäevad ja külaliste arvu ning avab uues aknas broneerimissüsteemi Cloudbeds (us2.cloudbeds.com). Nimi, kontaktandmed ja makseandmed sisestad juba Cloudbedsis — need ei liigu läbi selle saidi ja meie veebiserver neid ei näe.
Makse töötleb Stripe; kaardiandmeid ei näe ei meie ega see sait. Cloudbeds ja Stripe on meie volitatud töötlejad. Cloudbedsi serverid asuvad Ameerika Ühendriikides, seega toimub andmete edastamine kolmandasse riiki Euroopa Komisjoni tüüptingimuste alusel. E-kiri ja telefon
Kui kirjutad või helistad, töötleme sinu kontaktandmeid ja päringu sisu selleks, et vastata. Alus on meie õigustatud huvi päringutele vastata ning lepingu ettevalmistamine. Päringukirjavahetust hoiame 12 kuud ja broneeringuga seotud kirjavahetust 7 aastat, nagu raamatupidamise seadus nõuab.

Sinu õigused
Sul on õigus tutvuda oma andmetega, neid parandada, kustutada, töötlemist piirata, esitada vastuväiteid ning saada andmed ülekantavas vormingus. Samuti võid võtta antud nõusoleku igal ajal tagasi.
Pöördu meie poole aadressil reservations@threesistershotel.ee. Vastame hiljemalt ühe kuu jooksul. Kui jääd vastusega rahule, on sul õigus pöörduda Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni poole (aki.ee).
Muudatused
Kui seda poliitikat muudetakse, uuendame ülal olevat kuupäeva. Olulistest muudatustest anname bänneri kaudu uuesti teada.
Küpsiste valiku muutmine. Kustuta selle saidi salvestatud andmed oma brauseri seadetes — bänner ilmub järgmisel külastusel uuesti ja saad uue valiku teha.

What this page covers
This policy describes what the website www.threesistershotel.ee collects about you and why, and how booking and payment work. If you would like to know what data we process during your stay at the hotel itself — the guest registration card required by law, for instance — write to reservations@threesistershotel.ee.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not use conventional cookies for its own functions. Instead it stores two values in your browser's localStorage, which stay on your device and never reach us:

These two are strictly necessary for the site to work and to remember your preference, and no consent is requested for them. Analytics storage is set only after you press Accept in the banner.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SGMWM9W9BP) to see how many people visit, which language versions are read, and how many reach the booking step. Analytics is off by default: the site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with measurement denied until you consent.
If you accept, the data collected includes a truncated IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, the sections you viewed, and a book_now_click event when you press the booking button. The provider is Google Ireland Limited and data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Retention in Google Analytics is 14 months.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser; the banner will then ask again.
Google Fonts
The site's typefaces are currently loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means your IP address reaches Google before you answer the banner. [If the fonts are moved to your own server — audit finding #26 — delete this paragraph.]
Booking
The booking form on this site only collects your chosen dates and number of guests, then opens the Cloudbeds booking system in a new window (us2.cloudbeds.com). Your name, contact details and payment information are entered in Cloudbeds — they do not pass through this site and our web server never sees them.
Payment is processed by Stripe; neither we nor this site sees your card details. Cloudbeds and Stripe are our processors. Cloudbeds' servers are in the United States, so that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Cloudbeds' own privacy notice is at cloudbeds.com/privacy-policy.
Email and telephone
If you write or call, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the preparation of a contract. Enquiry correspondence is kept for 12 months and booking-related correspondence for 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires.

- Google Ireland Limited — website statistics and typefaces
- Zone Media OÜ — web hosting, in Estonia
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland)
- Public authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive it in a portable format. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
Contact us at reservations@threesistershotel.ee. We reply within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. We will use the banner to notify you again of any significant change.
Changing your cookie choice. Clear this site's stored data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit and you can make a new choice.
